Look back at the early years of your life, Think of all the different stages you have been through from birth, to crawling, to walking, preschool, kindergarten, grade school, high school, college, marriage, having children, the world of business, and now heading toward the golden years. All these can be considered stage of your life. Each of these stages was a prerequisite to the other. As we pass from one stage to the other, in effect we are having a rebirth by shedding the past and entering into a new future.
Through life we process our experiences, gather knowledge and wisdom, and move ahead, the one thing that is a constant is the soul. If we do objectionable things from phase to phase, we might be able to still advance in the growth of life, but we can’t change our soul. Our deeds will always be reflected in our soul, so although we shed our past and go through the rebirth, the only constant is our soul.
