Actions and reactions are part of our everyday life. All of us experience unpleasant situations, some more than others. Life is one without restraint, control, and reaction. It is the reaction that we must focus on. When our ego is attacked, in many cases we allow our emotions to control our actions.
We are all responsible for our actions, and we have a responsibility to ourselves and others to control emotions because they have no brains.
